Born and raised on the island of Curaçao, Robby grew up in a people-first culture. As a software engineer Robby had an international career of 20+ years, successfully completing projects for i.e., Heineken International, ING, Nike, and Tata Steel. Convinced that software development should not be limited to just the zeroes and the ones, Robby often felt misunderstood by his managers in his quest for a just cause. He decided to take a radical turn in his career by obtaining his MBA degree in 2020. Robby's new mission is to be that leader he wished he had as an engineer by taking a people-first approach to his leadership.
