Principal Consultant, Trainer, Mentor and all-round geek
Serge possesses core expertise in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Scaling (Scrum@Scale), and Product Ownership. He has been working in software development since 1995, using various languages such as Smalltalk, Delphi, Java, and Python. Since 2007, he has been actively involved in Agile consultancy and enjoys staying up to date with the latest trends in the field. Serge consults for a diverse range of customers who require assistance with technical, agile, and management issues. As a lead consultant, he collaborates with specialized colleagues to provide a comprehensive service. Serge's experience can be seen under his projects.
Serge has been a trainer for the majority of his career and has been providing Scrum training since 2009, including training with Jeff Sutherland. He received his certification as a Scrum@Scale Trainer (SAST) in April 2019 and now trains individuals on all aspects of Scrum through Xebia Academy. Additionally, Serge is a Licensed Scrum Trainer (LST).
Serge takes on the role of mentor for his colleagues at Xebia, providing a day of consultancy training to new Xebians to help them get started. He also advises and mentors younger colleagues on consultancy skills.
